Draft memo/report suggesting new brands of cigarettes for the youth market. Memo expresses the feeling that if those 21 and under are smoking anyway they should be allowed to market to them and to do so RJR needs to develop new brands that are not already identified with the over 30 establishment market. Includes table: Effects Expected or Derived From Cigarette Smoking (Physical Effects, Psychological Effects for Pre-smoker, Learner, and smoker) which is then expanded on in the text of memo and product quality and product image concerns are also addressed.
